participates in employee onboarding and conducting new hire orientation; oversee and manage talent management processes including performance management, succession planning and top talent identification.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day consultation and guidance to agency executives and local office staff regarding human resources functions/issues (e.g. employee relations, family medical leave, disability and workers compensation, performance management, policy and procedures).
In this role, you will provide participants the opportunity to work in all facets of the HR organization and develop relationships with senior HR leaders. Each rotation will provide a different set of learning and developmental opportunities in different geographical locations across the globe.
The selected candidate will assist the business with strategic workforce planning, and collaborate with corporate Talent Acquisition to recruit and select a qualified and diverse talent pool; support the preparation of new employee hiring and on-boarding paperwork.
In this role, you will be responsible to review and evaluate job applications and collaborate with managers to ensure proper qualifications. Interview and screen applicants, check references, make job offers, schedule physicals and complete paperwork.
In this role, you will resolve general Associate Relations issue including conducting employee relations investigations and fact finding; administer company's correction action process in partnership with DC HR Mgr; assist with unemployment claim information and unemployment hearings.
