In this role, the selected candidate will review and work with legal counsel and consultants on the drafting and development of proper language in sale and purchase agreements; serve as both a strategic partner to the business as well as a person doing roll-up-your-sleeves analyses and detailed content delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
The Sr. HR Director will have the opportunity to drive significant change and transformation throughout the organization and have hands-on involvement in setting OD, Talent Management, and L&D strategies for the business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of effectively managing change, a stellar sense of business acumen, and in-depth experience in organizational design to bring to the table.
The Director of Human Resources directs and coordinates all human resources activities including strategic planning and development of policies/procedures pertaining to human resources, staff recruitment and on-boarding, performance/talent management and development, and payroll/benefits management.
In this role, you will participate in the development of the companys plans and programs as a strategic partner but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people as well as the companys financial needs.
