In this role, you will be responsible for managing the engineering organization, creating and maintaining consistent interaction with the manufacturing team and overseeing a staff of 20+ direct reports including tooling, maintenance & engineering.
The successful candidate will provide electro/mechanical/process engineering support to the manufacturing equipment (formulation, filling, lyophilzation, inspection and packaging) used to produce sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products.
In this role, the selected candidate will improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a sound knowledge of end-to-end development of software products, SDLC from requirement analysis to system study, designing, coding, testing/system testing, de-bugging, documentation and implementation as per industry standard requirement recommendations such as ASPICE/ISO 26262.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee and manage the facility maintenance area for fire safety, security, utilities and upkeep. Interface with appropriate people to assure a trouble free, reliable facility operation.
Collaborate with design, engineering, suppliers, toolmakers, and other team members to provide tooling and equipment strategy, manufacturing capability, work instructions and quality expectations in support of product development and lifecycle management activities.
In this role, you will provide key stakeholders with timely assessment of portfolio and program performance, as well as early identification of portfolio - level issues and risks that are impacting portfolio performance.
In this role, you will be responsible fors Supervises and manages the department activities within the Systems Requirements Engineering team, establishes priorities within the scope of the groups responsibility, and conducts regular reviews of group projects and activities to ensure delivery of profit plan objectives and business commitments.
