The Sales Representative provides solutions to our customers by educating them on their water quality, providing solutions to improve their water, and offering financing options to maximize their investment.
Additional responsibilities include all necessary follow-up communication with processing areas and clients with regard to service and/or problem resolution; as well as communication of the Wealth Management value proposition and the Consultative Sales Process.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a solid understanding of Oracle CPQ data model (including a thorough understanding of object relationships, BML, SOQL, and SOSL), architecture, constraints, governor limits and change management.
This individual is responsible for producing high quality loans that meet Wells Fargo Home Mortgage guidelines by building relationships with realtors, builders, financial professionals, bank stores, past customers and other nontraditional sources, while providing excellent customer service.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage customer communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall solutions design; conducts solutions presentations and obtains customer acceptance to solution design.
