The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering financial protection benefits at the worksite.

In this role, you will be responsible for
entire relationship with a key customer delving into all aspects of the business including but not limited to operations, engineering, design, etc. May be program or customer specific.
The Account Manager serves as the Project Manager, and serves as the liaison between Clients, Allied Field Staff, and Operations to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of new clients, products, and services. The Account Manager also manages client relationships and servicing through the client life cycle.
