In this role, you will participate in the design documentation process by authoring various components of the project. He / She will write automated test scripts, tests software and works with Quality Assurance to correct software bugs.

This position assists in the development of detailed system specifications for major systems installation as well as provide work leadership and direction for other members of the programmer/analyst staff, with emphasis on detailed analysis, programming and/or configuration issues.
The selected candidate will be responsible for participating in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications while assigned to a project team. Utilizes a variety of client/server platforms. While working with client leaders, developer collaborates with companys IT staff and business users to identify user requirements, assess available technologies and recommend solution options.
In this role, you will support Information Systems Division (ISD) applications by responding to user questions and problems; researching service level functions (for example, performance, availability, reliability); identifying and resolving issues to root cause.
The Candidate will be a member of the Asynchrony Labs UX team and contribute to the growth and improvement of the entire team through mentoring, peer review, and creative collaboration. Along with client projects, the UX team also provides design support for marketing, business development, and corporate communications for Asynchrony Labs and parent companies.
