The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for directing, developing and coordinating all aspects of sales and customer development for their region to achieves regional sales operational objectives.
Perform research (prospect) and client contact to identify and prioritize potential markets and customers. Determine client needs and evaluate company resources and capabilities in light of those needs.
Develop and maintain customers to meet or exceed sales objectives for area of responsibility. Assists in evaluating need for new dealers/distributors or expansion of existing dealers/distributors, developing potential dealer/distributors candidates.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for determining the overall strategic direction, including the financial performance, of its assigned territory in meeting and/or exceeding its annual targets.
