In this role, the selected candidate will participate actively in personnel matters and deal with employee problems and complaints; maintain and support programs regarding employee relations, health and safety, training and development for employees of the department.
Manage performance review process (APEX) including coaching & counseling to improve performance and support positive employee relations; perform quarterly check-ins with production operators to ensure performance conversations are on-going. Manage all performance related documentation and corrective actions.
In this role, the selected candidate will
involve direct supervision of a production team, managing and meeting daily production goals and collaborating with other departments to improve productivity, increase efficiency and resolve process issues that may arise.
