In this role, the selected candidate will support the Project Manager in managing the daily activities and issues related to completing a construction project, including overall project planning, scheduling, project cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, safety management, labor and equipment resources, and owner and architect relationships.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the technical management of projects associated with customer products, including quoting / planning and implementing new business, value engineering, production start-up / maintenance, capital projects, and continuous improvement programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will trouble shoot existing systems to eliminate process problems. Provide project management services to operating departments. Provide ongoing support including advances in automation, vision systems, and application of sensor technology. May be responsible for development of capital related projects.
In this role, you will have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, and able to initiate Kaizen events at the plant. This individual must be able to interface with vendors, corporate and subcontractors verbally and through written communications.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing electrical engineering expertise applicable to maintaining/ improving manufacturing processes and for providing project leadership with respect to electrical design and development of the manufacturing equipment and processes.
