The Project Manager is directly responsible for working with the design team throughout the various pre-construction phases providing estimates, budgets, analyzing constructability, offering alternate/optional information to help the design team stay within the budget.
The project manager is responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project specific estimating, submittal/rfI procurement, document control, constructability resolutions, aspects of project accounting, project specific purchasing and safety, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
