The Sr. Business Systems Analyst whose primary responsibility will be to provide support for the modules (Admission, Financial Aid, Campus Community, Student Financials, and Student Records) within the Campus Solutions/PeopleSoft platform (CaneLink).
The successful candidate for this position will be a skilled report developer (SQL and Crystal Reports) with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Responsible for executing and completing specific deliverables and activities to service requests for reporting business system changes.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop reports that clearly articulate analysis, reasoning and conclusions; participate in the preparation of asset allocation studies for clients on an as-needed basis.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to conduct research for salary surveys, job descriptions and compensation reviews to include special compensation analysis used to determine competitiveness and appropriateness of job classifications, auditing compensation for individuals and job groups and salary levels to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
This position will be primarily responsible for validating the completeness and effectiveness of all corrective actions implemented by the business prior to validation by other control and assessment functions such as Compliance Testing or Internal Audit.
