Collaborate heavily with the Sales and Operations teams and serve as point of contact for ancillary revenue products and merchandising for the field, and especially Regional Vice Presidents and Area Ancillary Revenue Managers.
Responsible for people management of the area, including recommendation of staffing, hiring, termination and discipline, setting performance standards and evaluating staff, staff development and training.
Provide leadership and direction to Managers, Supervisors and/or Team Leads in Billing, Coding, QA, Payment Posting, Collections and Provider Enrollment, and other RCM staff in both the Regional Office and any satellite locations.
Develops marketing campaign strategies in conjunction with related
departments. Identifies new and current markets with the greatest sales
revenue potential and develops and implements sales marketing programs
that serve these customers. Customizes solutions to include content
creation, consumer sweepstakes, and on-air enhancements.
Manages, coaches and develops a team of major gift, grants and stewardship professionals within assigned region areas. Ensures that responsibilities authorities and accountability of all direct reports are well defined.
