In this role, the selected candidate must have experience in Boolean keywords writing, searching and screening resumes; experience with any 2 of the following: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, The Ladders, Indeed and LinkedIn.
Manage all required pre - screenings and testing and schedule / coordinate all hiring manager interviews, including; Complete initial screen and coordinate required subsequent interviews, coordinate all interviews for hiring managers and interview teams, ensure assessment tools are utilized and consistent.
In this role, you will participate in recruitment, interviewing and selection of candidates for various levels of position openings and promote a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
The incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of local and national recruitment strategies that support current and forecasted hiring needs. S/he will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of talent.
Works with search firms or other placement agencies, and determines optimum recruitment method to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool; will also work with existing staff to facilitate internal transfers.
