As a Technical Project Manager, the incumbent will play a key role in the understanding of business strategies, requirements, and priorities that are key to the delivery of successful projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with his/her peers, technology partners, vendor partners and business partners to drive complex requirements that result in the delivery of projects that exceed business partner expectations for quality, budget and timelines.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as point of contact for the research billing process for the assigned research operation cluster; monitors and reviews study budgets to assure adherence to study protocol billing and reimbursement guidelines.
This position will be expected to provide Civil and Structural engineering designs (following company standards and parameters) and generate construction drawings for a variety of industrial, commercial, municipal, utilities, transportation, and residential projects while managing and maintaining job schedules and deadlines.
In this role, you will responsible for business case development, feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the implementation of new projects, new applications, major enhancements and upgrades.
In this role, you will responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects (Pump Stations, Monitoring & Control, Dissolved Air Flotation, Membrane, Filtration, etc.) ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
In this role, you will coordinate and communicate with primary engineer and other primary consultants. Coordinate with agencies for permitting, insurance, assurance and close-out requirements for developments.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and assuring the successful implementation of IT and business application projects for all clinical, financial and administrative applications.
