This position is responsible for ensuring the needs of our clients, lawyers and staff are met through the efficient administration and collaboration of local office and firm-wide resources in the areas of client accounting, accounts payable, information technology, facilities management, human resources, and other support services. The Office Administrator works closely with all levels of firm leadership to ensure adherence to firm policies and best practices. Leads change on behalf of the firm at the office level.
Identify problems and opportunities, prepares status summary for the chair and make recommendations as appropriate. Insure that expenditures on all accounts do not exceed budgeted levels. For needs beyond established budget, works with chair to identify alternative sources and/or to request funds.
