In this role, you will support Amazon operations leadership team in daily operations management of the delivery station, including route assignment, leading meetings, and communicating with internal and external suppliers.
The position will be based either in Norfolk, VA or Miami, Florida. It will play a key role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the companys procurement processes and effectiveness across the enterprise. The individual will ensure cost competitiveness for the Cement and Aggregates businesses, with a focus on maximizing company-wide procurement leverage, increasing Procure to Pay processing efficiency, and delivering the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
In this role, the ideal candidate must have retail management, hotel/restaurant management, or outside/territory sales experience; ability to work a rotating retail schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.
