In this role, the selected candidate will collect, analyze, track trends, conduct studies, perform research and prepare reports on the divisions employee data. Review, interpret and recommend process or program improvements.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
In this role, you will assists with the onboarding process by coordinating with Talent Acquisition, preparing offer letters, employment background screening, drug testing and communicating with relevant departments (Training, IT, department managers, etc).
In this role, the selected candidate will manage staffing process working with clients and our internal recruiting team to identify recruitment strategies as well as ensure diverse candidate slates and top quality candidate selection.
