In this role, you will be responsible for proposing and implementing marketing strategies promoting revenue growth generation among key targeted segments and support the hotels brand positioning and image.
The Director of Sales and Marketing will work with the National Director of Sales and Local Marketing in planning and directing initiatives necessary to meet the business objectives of the Sales Office.
In this role, the selected candidate will facilitate the strategic technical plan through the generation of competitive intelligence insights, built from both internal and external information sources and rigorous analysis of market developments.
The right candidate is a proven data driven, hands on marketing leader, with the strategic acumen to strategically develop and tactically execute a wide range of Digital Marketing programs with excellence.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to solicit continuous feedback on current and future products, work with Ancillary Marketing Merchandising team to launch products, and work with Ancillary Marketing Pricing analytics team to monitor the success (e.g., penetration, profitability, overall revenue growth) of these products.
In this role, you will provide support to operations and senior leadership in analysis of strategic financial / business decisions (substantial investments, operating model changes, revenue generative strategic opportunities, corporate development).
