The Market Sales Manager II (MSM) will directly manage a team of field based Financial Solutions Advisors, Banking Center Financial Advisors, Center Based Small Business Bankers (CBSBB), Personal Bankers and/or Relationship Managers.
Develops and executes a robust Audit Plan, by reviewable entity, for assigned businesses in accordance with Internal Audit standards, relevant government statutes and regulations and Citigroup and Citibank policies.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the day-to-day activities of or Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive sales growth, including: managing sales interactions, sales processes, outbound calling, sales deepening and Preferred Reward and Small Business results.
In this role, the selected candidate will
be responsible for molding the behavior and performance of all team members, while maintaining adherence to applicable securities and regulatory laws, polices and procedures.
Provide superior management to the operational aspects of the Collections business unit. Insure that the Collections "floor" is operating at peak efficiency and that all process, procedures and standards are adhered to.
