The Reporting Architect/Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and developing Business Intelligence processes against high-volume data sources while applying their expertise in process skills, from data modeling through physical design, in a full SDLC environment.
In this position, you will provide operations support to the Guest Port Services Department (GPS); performing analytical duties related to the port agency/stevedoring budget planning, financial tracking and reporting; verifying invoice rates and service according to audit and compliance guidelines, contract/bid agreements, forecasts, projections and historical data. Provides general analytical support and leads special projects.

A Business Relationship Analyst/representative is accountable for strategic alignment with a specific business unit at RCCL for the purpose of business-IT strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
This role is responsible for creating detailed product requirements that decouple the breadth of the solution from the depth of the solution, in order to continuously deliver smaller increments of production-ready code.
