The Divisional Sales and Operations (S&OP) Manager facilitates, maintains and owns the S&OP process for their respective division. This role oversees the governance of corporate S&OP policy & procedure within the local market.
The purpose of this position is to develop lead generation and initial prospect vetting for profitable growth business, meet or exceed assigned quotas for revenue and new accounts, and successfully transition new business to the account relationship team.
In this role, the selected candidate will
be responsible for molding the behavior and performance of all team members, while maintaining adherence to applicable securities and regulatory laws, polices and procedures.
In partnership with SVP, formulate marketing strategies that are customized to fit specific client objectives; includes brainstorming and liaising with sales teams to create compelling cross-platform marketing initiatives to support sales growth for the pan-regional territory.
The Account Development Manager - Geographic (ADM) is responsible for servicing and retaining customer accounts within a specified geographic territory as well as driving new sales through assigned stores.
In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing and monitoring a senior sales force who sells advanced commercial products to maximize sales revenues and
meet corporate objectives on a consistent basis.
Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with principals and all the sales professionals in the wholesale network; training of all independent and national doors to communicate brand history, product knowledge and visual merchandising at each point of sale.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the day-to-day activities of or Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive sales growth, including: managing sales interactions, sales processes, outbound calling, sales deepening and Preferred Reward and Small Business results.
