The Application Operations Manager is responsible for the development and execution of functional goals and strategies for multiple business or departmental areas within Information Technology. Performs independently.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the call center operations group. The responsibilities would include overseeing the Team leads; keeping them accountable for their effectiveness with each team and account, coaching on performance improvement goals and ensuring team success.
