The department is responsible for driving significant engineering efficiency improvements through the creation of a common hardware platform ICs and modules to support Motorola Solutions radio product groups. We architect, design, and deliver to production custom mixed signal ICs for internal use.

In this role, you will create and maintain enterprise wide IT architecture vision, responsible for defining IT technical strategies and roadmaps, and providing views of the systems in the context of the vision and roadmaps.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, concept and detailed design, CAD drawing preparation, written reports, preparation of high quality graphic presentations, contract documents and specifications, and construction review for a variety of public and private clients.
