General job duties may include the development of procedures, guidelines, job aids, training materials, and project documentation. Work directly with subject matter experts, end users, and other staff members to understand the direction of the documentation.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering in classroom and video recorded sessions; will also be responsible for creating strategic training plans for SUITE within DTMB and assisting with Project and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA) activities.
Edits and proofreads technical documents, including technical manuals, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), miscellaneous reports, and proposals for grammar, spelling, clarity of expression, and organization.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience in basic research based administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to creation of presentations, document drafting such as official reports, datasets and applications to stakeholders and entities.
