Their primary role will be helping the lead ASIS calibrators by taking on vehicle retrofit/repair garage work order coordination along with helping with instrumentation ordering/installation, trip support, new car acquisition, scrapping cars, calibration validation and data collection.
The Technical Support Representative (Grippers) is responsible for providing customer application assistance, technical support, proposal drawings, quotations and special designs or modifications to existing products via phone or email including inside/outside sales and customer service.
Assist as required to estimate costs and submit bids for customer requests and prepare contract documents; review customer component drawing requirements and develop quotation packages for customer requests.
In this role, you will maintain, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
Acts as an interface between PC users and outside support organizations for hardware and software maintenance; assists in maintaining software licensing agreements, including maintaining a current hardware and software inventory for the corporation.
