In this role, the selected candidate must have experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing, internet data mining, and recruiting techniques through search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn and other online networking communities.
The senior recruiter will be expected to work across the organization to share best practices and ensure resources are maximized. This individual may also serve as project team lead and provide direction to other recruiters.
This position will support functional business areas and the Talent Acquisition Team by recruiting top talent, guiding and recommending the best talent decisions for the company and actively participate in and lead team initiatives and projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with department clients, to define short and long term staffing needs (based on succession planning, hiring forecast, expected/ unexpected turnover and new program development).
