The Technical Business Analyst acts as the liaison between the business and technology development teams. He/she works closely with technology manager to insure timely execution of project milestones and includes emphasis on data analytics.

In this role, you will assist with developing the methods and procedures required to identify whether current business goals and objectives meet organizational needs; facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
In this role, you will work with Hyperion platform including HFM and FDM, Essbase, and planning, managed care, health care consulting, computer programing, computer applications specific to data mining, analysis, and reporting, health economics, budging, or related experience.
In this role, you will serve as a primary consultant resource and contributor to one or more Workday business process teams. Collaborates with process team partners ( e.g. Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HR ) and broader Workday and TIS teams at the System Office and at the RHMs to execute Workday business strategy.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with the preparation of various financial or regulatory reports and/or statements for management and/or parties external to BCBSM (e.g., auditors, customers, providers, BCBSA, FEP, OFIS, etc).
