In this role, you will conduct background checks on qualified candidates and make recommendations as needed. Utilize Taleo applicant tracking software to identify, track and retrieve resumes and candidates.
The work shall consist of documentation review, preparation of special reports, providing recommendations for program improvements, preparing and / or reviewing technical documentation, preparing presentation material, preparing briefing documents, and providing administrative support as necessary for resolution of identified procedural problems.

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will understand and drive definition and clarity around the metrics pertaining to talent acquisition, including time to interview, time to fill, time to onboard, rate of rejection, talent risk segments, and more.
In this role, you will provide appropriate counsel and recommendations throughout the acquisition process on candidate assessment and selection, salary and overall offer recommendation, interviewing skills, and other counsel as necessary.
Execute the recruiting process to include developing the search strategy in partnership with hiring EA, sourcing ( including but not limited to proactive networking, cold calling, resume mining, database searching, etc. ), prescreening, setting up interviews with EA and following up to determine status and any next steps.
