In this role, the selected candidate will maintain and develop stable quality manufacturing operations and provide continuous improvement to process, equipment, product, environmental and safety support to facility manufacturing pigments and color additives using processes such as: Milling, Blending, Mixing, Slurrying, Fluid Bed and Controlled Particle Drying, Spray Granulation, Dry Filtering, Sifting, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead Program Team Pre-PIT, Quality Planning, PS Quality Readiness Reviews and support CPIT; provide Propulsion Systems Program Quality leadership utilizing the global standardized work to ensure global quality Best in Segment (BIS) target achievement.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervision and coordination of all Clinical Quality Collaborative activities. Takes a leadership role in the areas of patient safety and clinical quality. Facilitates and monitors the development, implementation, revision and maintenance of clinical databases, ensuring that all reporting deadlines are met. Overseeing, mentoring and coaching associates as needed.
In this role, you will provide direction and leadership to a remote team of CQEs (Customer Quality Engineers) and supporting internal USS functions to drive resolution of customer and outside processor technical and quality issues with our products.
This role is also responsible for maintaining processing standards for all jobs designed to receive, conform, and standardize data content. Duties of this role include managing a team of business and data analysts across multiple locations.
The selected candidate will provides planning, leadership and consultative support for the implementation and maintenance of customer quality system requirements and continuous improvement methodologies.
In this role, you will manage the Quality and Senior Quality Improvement Specialists and their work. Responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of the Quality Department projects and the formation of clinical improvement teams.
In this role, the successful candidate will work directly with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure non-conforming parts are handled properly and follow FCA procedures and guidelines. Within our SQ Program Manager roles we are seeking skilled Engineers who are able to develop, present, and explain program status updates to senior leadership, manage multiple individual work teams, work globally, and have clear communication.
