The Project Manager Accounting Integration position is responsible for ensuring accounting internal controls exist, are followed, and reviewed for compliance, specifically for the newly acquired idX corporation. Review existing controls and procedures and integrate into UFPI internal control environment related to SOX, COSO and public company reporting.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure consistent global project management methodologies, apply CPM2 projects management disciplines, report project status to senior management, create executive reports to communicate project status.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee large programs of work that involve multiple individual projects. Sort and prioritize grouped projects that are similar in nature. Manages and oversees large, long range, or multiple complex projects.
The Project Manager III is responsible for managing, without the need for significant direction, and executing projects within the business unit in accordance with the companys new product introduction management process requirements. The project manager is responsible to interface with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products.
In this role, the selected candidate takes projects from original concept through completion and ensures projects are completed on time and on budget. Works on a variety of projects spanning the spectrum of marketing activities including awareness, expert positioning, and lead generation.
The candidate will represent steel-case to the customer and dealership in situations where there are major problems in need of resolution or where the customer has elevated complaints to the executive level.
