In this role, you will perform detailed electrical design work involving state-of-the-art microprocessors, memories, high-speed interfaces, and consumer connectivity interfaces such as Bluetooth, USB, and WiFi.
In this role, you will design verification hardware of above named systems and their optimization and performing design reviews for each development stage about the work packages schematic, layout and hw-verification to secure maturity.
The Principal Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting all aspects of system and function development following the defined development lifecycle processes. The engineer must be capable of analyzing specifications, developing system architecture, integrating components into vehicle systems, and validating vehicle systems to verify functionality.
This position is responsible for leading the conceptualization, implementation, and testing of technologies, tools, or processes while consistently demonstrating technical expertise. This role further enhances the technical aptitude of the entire engineering team through mentoring, leadership and research.
In this role you will be responsible for initial design and development of new software or extensive software revisions, defining product requirements and creating high - level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems / platforms.
This position is responsible to drive technical solutions, architectures and designs for Infotainment systems QNX software while consistently demonstrating technical expertise. This role further enhances the technical aptitude of the entire engineering team through mentoring, leadership and research.
In this role, the selected candidate will communicate with peers inside the company group to coordinate software development. This includes occasional travel for training or coordination with other groups.
