The SSM is directly responsible for managing the commercial relationship with current and prospective customers, and for coordination with business unit personnel and other activities to ensure strong support for the both the customer and business objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and direct all aspects of customer / account management services; implement and review relevant client processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
In this role, you will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, formal training, reviewing professional publications, establishing and expanding professional networks, and participating in professional societies.
In this role, you will analzye customer requirements and formulates both technical and commerical means to satisfy needs. Gains understanding of customer needs within a targeted market segment and offers valuable proposals for meeting customer requirements and develops sales plans to meet individual sales and project objectives.
Develop marketing strategies to develop/increase sales in Special Markets and OEM/OES sales of the aftermarket (both automotive and non-automotive), in automotive OE markets, and with non-automotive engine OEM's.
