In this role, the selected candidate will manage and guide HR teams in all areas of the HR function including: employee relations, compensation and benefits, leadership recruiting, retention, employee development, leadership succession, change management, legal compliance, country communications, guidelines and policies and performance management.
In this role, the selected candidate will formulate strategy and coordinate resources in labor negotiations, mediation, arbitration, grievances and grievance arbitration, unfair labor practices, and state and federal agency proceedings.
