In this role, you will maintain function expertise in FCA's PeopleSoft HR implementation. Expertise should expand to broader HRMS environment that included a working knowledge of how and where PeopleSoft data is interfacing across the enterprise.
In this position you will be responsible for a range of responsibilities dependent upon the needs of the business. Primary responsibilities may include sourcing and screening of active and passive candidates, client and candidate interactions, requisition and pipeline management, as well as processing tasks related to candidate employment and various other administrative support functions.
The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for the areas of recruiting, compliance, employee relations and general HR support. This position will also administer various employee compensation and benefits programs, such as medical, dental, life, 401(k) and FMLA.
In this role, you will maintain all employment related records/files including electronic files on the HR server. Prepare and maintain department/company reports, spreadsheets, letters, memos, and reports as required. Process invoices and provide vendor support for the HR department. Make travel arrangements, manage reservations and schedule meetings as required. Manage the Human Resources administrative tasks as assigned.
