In this role, the selected candidate will develop product hardware/circuit designs to meet customer specifications and requirements; support our growth as a design engineer, in the area of Power Electronics.
As a thermal systems design engineer, you will be working with the engineering team to design, release, and deliver thermal systems, including those necessary for the functionality of various self driving systems throughout the vehicle.

In this role, you will be working closely with vehicle program teams, other Product Development engineering groups such as interiors and body/white, chassis, validation, program team, purchasing, marketing, and manufacturing.
In this role, you will be responsible for specifying requirements, execution and evaluation of designs, analysis, development, testing and control of major engineering projects where creativity and initiative are involved as well as a high level of independent judgment.

The Power Electronics Hardware Design Release Engineer is responsible for the design and development of electric vehicle power electronics and electrified vehicle systems and devices for passenger cars and trucks.
