This position is responsible for deploying and maintaining business improvement processes for designed areas through the implementation of recognized quality management standards, continuous improvement strategies and demonstrated best practices.
In this role, you will lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level agile transformations consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the development and implementation of quality applications system used to support more streamlined and efficient ways of addressing potential quality and engineering issues presented by customers.
In this role, you will work with site leadership to update and re-prioritize the plan to maintain focus on the most critical site objectives. Provide support and guidance on more complex, or high visibility Lean projects.
This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
