In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of category business plans within assigned categories. Manage assigned assets to achieve category roles and results through category strategies that are executed via product assortment, pricing, promotion, shelf/fixture presentation, buying and inventory management decisions that are needed to achieve net profit goals and total customer satisfaction.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct detailed category decompositions and drive insights to action to unlock internal and external growth opportunities; contribute to innovation sell-in by presenting shopper/category stories.
The Category Insights Manager works as a key member of the Sales team, this position provides the customer teams with key strategic insights, solutions and analytics required to execute sound category management. The Category Insights Manager enhances customer planning, sales execution and financial results of the Division sales team through ownership and development of Category/Business Reviews, Top to Top and New Item Presentations with support of the National Account Sales Managers.
