The Nutrition System Analyst works collaboratively with the Patient Services Director (PSD) and Patient Services leadership team, software provider (i.e. CBORD), Hospital Information Technology department, and Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) department frontline staff to build patient menu database for selected Morrison Healthcare (MHC) accounts.
Assist site in the monthly and quarterly close process for operational review and accuracy; prepare and assist with forecasts and budgets as required, including being able to forecast a full balance sheet, departmental expenses and completion of supplemental information.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs; formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
