Leads the collaboration with business customers to define scope for new projects, communicate the business vision, documents risks and assumptions, develop the delivery approach, and estimates cost and timings.
In this role, the selected candidate will contribute to the mentoring of less experience Business Analysts on the team; facilitate the communication of technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.

Monitors daily securities possession or control requirements to ensure compliance with the Customer Protection Rule (15c3-3); proactively communicates deficits and any identified issues to the LOBs in order to reduce firm deficits.
Assist site in the monthly and quarterly close process for operational review and accuracy; prepare and assist with forecasts and budgets as required, including being able to forecast a full balance sheet, departmental expenses and completion of supplemental information.
In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting in facilitating cross organizational discovery sessions and support the PM Lead to gather requirements and document the plan for the City.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and document Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting and data warehouse work; assist with business warehouse/intelligence support and enhancements.
