This position is responsible for researching, analyzing, evaluating and administering the Company's benefit plans and programs in a centralized Corporate Benefits setting in accordance with the policies, plan documents and related laws regarding benefits. This position will also manage and work with benefit plan providers, vendors, brokers, auditors and consultants regarding services, plan costs and administration.
Perform with guidance from other team members, routine and recurring plan administration tasks for clients defined benefit plans ( e.g., benefit calculations, annual data updates, assist with preparation of benefit statements ).
The Benefits Analyst will oversee and ensure compliance of all company benefits programs. The role will support a manufacturing organization through facilitation of its entire benefits program, including the administration of FMLA, 401K and compensation.
Interface with Human Resources and other stakeholders in employee benefit plan administration activities, prepare special studies and provide financial support. Assist the Benefits Finance team with journal entries and financial reporting.
