Create and enforces a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. Responsible for maintaining safe working environments and ensuring compliance with local, state and federal safety regulations; coordinate closely with local Safety Manager.
Responsible for achieving store quotas as well as all day-to-day operations of the store, including (but not limited to) coaching members, business development, mentoring and training coaches, as well as other duties.
Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects and initiatives which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables; leading multi-disciplinary groups through the process of discovery, design and implementation;
Provides guidance and direction to the store team in the areas of guest satisfaction, team/associate development, merchandising, inventory, cash control, human resources, safety, loss prevention and expense control, so that the store will operate effectively and profitably.
The Sr. RM will have the ability to engage in dialogue with CEO and CFO levels regarding the clients industry and alternative capital structures. The Sr. RM will then assess the risks and impacts from both the clients and the banks perspective for development and implementation of an overall client strategy.
The manager position is accountable for the daily operations of the 11 operating rooms to include staffing, supplies, and equipment. In addition, the manager collaborates with the Director of Perioperative Services to complete the operational plan and meet budget and productivity targets.
