In this role, you will be responsible for build and implementation periods. This position can also expect to be on-call during the major implementations and also for on-going support of the applications. Some day and/or overnight travel is necessary.
The talent advisor will be responsible to execute full life cycle recruiting activities and manage the candidate experience. Create and manage requisitions including: assess job specification criteria, identify screening questions and determine candidate interview approach, interview potential candidates as well as gather and consolidate feedback from interviews and complete interview evaluation documentation; negotiate job offer details with candidate.
In this role, you will develop and support organizational effectiveness projects and work streams (e.g. a nursing engagement plan) utilizing Center of Excellence methodologies, processes and tools and adapting to market / function needs and environments.
