In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, communicating and coordinating cloud services tasks with business partners, including, Virtustream (VSI), Microsoft and SAP.
In this role, you will provide support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA.

The Technical Analyst implements and supports facility and division desktop equipment, and is the key technical resource responding to end user desktop incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk.
