In this role, you will serve as IS Business Analyst for PeopleSoft Development supporting Supply Chain/Financials Systems projects & ongoing maintenance support including upgrades, bundles & additional functionality projects. Provide assistance with development tasks using Application Designer.
The Systems Analyst performs technical analysis of business problems that can be resolved by the financial packages used by Dycom; researches solution options; and designs, documents and implements approved new configuration. This position works closely with the finance community in our subsidiaries to enhance and maintain our financial system, Microsoft Dynamics SL.
Conducts business rule analysis by collaborating with business users, and colleagues to design, develop (including functional/technical specifications), test, and implement functionality using various Kronos configuration tools.
In this role, the selected candidate will document, assist with, and/or performs software installations, configurations, and customizations; assist in documenting systems policies, procedures, and training materials.
Provide configuration, development, administration and production support for manhattan wms (wmos). Utilize knowledge of leading industry practices to ensure optimum use of technology investments in supported areas.
Design and document workflow and will track and analyze business unit trends in order to make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness utilizing ERP Financial systems.
Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians, project managers, end users, and customer and IT management.
In this role, the selected candidate will gather requirements for any WMS functional and technical enhancements as requested by site operations; work closely with assigned IT and PM resources to configure, develop, test, train and deploy these enhancements.
Facilitates the assessment, knowledge transfer, and transition of new security systems. Improves process efficiencies in support of unit objectives. Provides informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members.
The Tax IT Systems will be a team member of the Tax Systems Department, which is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining solutions that optimize the performance of the tax function and drive significant benefits through process improvement and leading edge technology.
