In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of product and feature messaging, naming, feature and bundle prioritization. The selected candidate will be communicating with customers, and developing cross-channel communication strategies that drive usage and retention.
In this role, you will coordinate the activities of others (co-workers, vendors and customers) and manage stakeholder expectations and requirements, ensure that the project scope is driven by the business imperatives/requirements of the organization
In this role, you will work hand in hand with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and PR on robust product game plans (for New Builds, Revitalizations, Deployment, New Initiatives, etc.) that include strategies, initiatives, promotions, channel specific plans, timeline, competitive anaylsis and key metrics to monitor results.
