The role of the Parts Operations Manager is the day to day activities of the companys Parts operations in compliance with established policies and procedures. He/she will accomplish objectives through assisting with the identification of preferred suppliers, the use of proper negotiating, purchasing procedures, inventory control and security.
This role is responsible for the production of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reports, its associated analysis as well as any ad hoc operational reporting sourced from the case management system.
The development engineering manager will be accountable for leadership and management of ongoing technical development of the manufacturing process. This position will also be responsible for developing the technology and driving implementation from a development environment into production.
The COM will seek direction from and keep the Director, Coding Operations apprised of the departments status with regard to personnel issues / changes, workload assessments / resource needs, client issues, coding production or coding accuracy issues, and proposed disciplinary actions.
Manage the full lifecycle of products from market requirements to product release including: concept, scope, specifications, prioritization, design, implementation, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, deployment and maintenance.
Responsible for the safe and efficient transfer of liquefied natural gas products between barges, ships, and facilities including completion and accountability of barge logs, bills of lading and gauge reports.
Manages product plan by ensuring changes in market and business priorities including integration needs and technology advancements are reflected; presents status updates at quarterly and annual stakeholder meetings.
