Sr Recruiter / Talent Scout will be responsible for US based internal & external talent searches, candidate experience, recruitment strategy development & marketing, and will act as client lead with hiring managers for supported groups.
Manage light team leader responsibilities over site-based or virtually located Recruiters. With direction from their talent acquisition leader, collaborate and build staffing plans proactively with the assigned business group leaders to enable them to achieve resource hiring requirements.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will recruit talent to fill positions in for IPS clients across multiple markets. Working with business leaders, human resource (HR) and recruiting leaders, and hiring managers, you'll develop and execute workforce and hiring plans.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting, conducting background checks and closing qualified candidates from entry-level to executive-level.
