The successful candidate should be familiar with acquisition documentation including Program Protection Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, cost analyses, risk analysis, plans, technical development strategies, Technical Data Packages, security classification guides, work breakdown structures, test methodology, Concept of Employment (CONEMPS) and systems engineering plans.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing/executing Engineering processes and establishing standards across mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines. Execution includes end to end from requirements analysis through delivery of completed products with establishing KPIs to measure and evaluate staff performance to identify area(s) of improvement.
In this role, you will analyze flight test data to assess performance and enhance algorithms. Verify customer requirements by simulation, and analysis of test data. Work with embedded software engineers to ensure algorithms are implemented and verified.
