The Systems Engineer will support design, development and test of complex systems. Tasks include: Development and Analysis of system requirements, System Architecture, Preliminary and detailed system design.
In this role, you will deliver well designed, stable, testable, secure, reusable, extensible, maintainable and efficient code and frameworks; design and develop high-throughput, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will provide application support for critical Windows applications, customers and projects, working closely with Development, QA, IT Operations teams and Customer Operations, as well as providing after hours and on-call support.
In this role, you will work closely with our end user support service leaders and ServiceDesk, vendor providing advice and guidance across the region to ensure compliance with issue resolution and support processes.
In this position, you will communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership through verbal presentations and written reports. Conduct field studies and data collection efforts in support of sophisticated modeling and analysis.
In this role, you will perform and lead triage and analysis of application incidents / trouble tickets to provide possible short term and long - term resolutions as appropriate based on the business priority.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and utilize dashboard metrics to communicate the services performance and financials to stakeholders; inform and train all support teams on new/changed processes/services and drive operational process rigor.
The EPM is responsible for communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders to translate their needs and to communicate status. This position will require domestic travel and there will be periods of time where overtime work is required.
