In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to conduct research for salary surveys, job descriptions and compensation reviews to include special compensation analysis used to determine competitiveness and appropriateness of job classifications, auditing compensation for individuals and job groups and salary levels to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
In this position, you will acts as a liaison and subject matter expert when working with client groups and other functional areas within Human Resources on projects or issues that proactively address the needs of the business. Answers inquiries from Managers relating to compensation programs, policies and philosophy. Provides effective problem solving and communication with all internal and external customers to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
In this role, you will support annual financial and tax reporting (e.g., ACA reporting, PCORI fees, Transitional Reinsurance Fees, 5500 filing, etc.) by gathering all required data from various sources, completing questionnaires, facilitating on-site audits, etc.
