In this role, you will works closely with the benefits team to ensure programs are viewed and designed to support the total reward philosophy of the organization; provides support to other total rewards initiatives and projects as needed.
In this position, you will acts as a liaison and subject matter expert when working with client groups and other functional areas within Human Resources on projects or issues that proactively address the needs of the business. Answers inquiries from Managers relating to compensation programs, policies and philosophy. Provides effective problem solving and communication with all internal and external customers to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to conduct research for salary surveys, job descriptions and compensation reviews to include special compensation analysis used to determine competitiveness and appropriateness of job classifications, auditing compensation for individuals and job groups and salary levels to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
In this role, you will monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans that are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance to hr and business leaders.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects with specified deadlines using project management methodology and tools, using judgment in managing expectations, prioritizing, and resource allocation.
